When placing an order you just need to quote the name of each bag plus the quantity required, your method of payment and your contact details. For payment details, please see below.

How can I pay?

When are you available to take orders or queries?

We are available to answer your questions or take orders six days a week, from 9am until 6pm. Should we be unable to answer the mail or phone, please leave your details on the answerphone and we will return your call as soon as possible.

What about delivery?

 Normally,The production time is 35-45days.but sometimes for tiny order ,we have stock in ware house,so we can send goods in 3-5 days,For sample time ,it always would be 5-7 days

How will my bags arrive?

The bags are sent out in export carons as they are less likely to be damaged in the post. Each bag arrives flat with a tag attached and a safety note enclosed. 

Can I have a personalised bags?

That is no trouble. Please contact us with your requirements. 
Where different designs of a bag are available, can I select which design I would like?
